We offer a friendly professional service in the comfort of your own home. We can also provide massages at your place of work. With a Claymore Sports Massage we can:
We start by discussing your issues and needs. If necessary, we will carry out assessments before we apply the massage in accordance with the treatment plan we have discussed with you.
We provide a comfortable massage table, towelling and a variety of massage lotions.
All massages are undertaken by a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Biomechanics Trainer. We are fully insured and trained in First Aid.
Our minimum massage time is 60 minutes. Any additional massage is done in quarter hour segments of your choosing. At your first massage we will include 30 minutes of additional time, free of charge, to allow us time to introduce ourselves and discuss the treatment plan.
When planning and booking your massage appointment, please allow for 5-10 minutes either side of the massage for us to prepare and finish.
Unique to our Claymore Sports Massage is our intrinsic Biomechanics Training. These are 8 functional screens aimed at isolating specific muscles and/or joint movements allowing us to identify any asymmetry or dysfunction which could be a contributing factor to any symptoms you are experiencing.
With a combination of massage and undertaking post treatment exercises we can train your body to move freely again.
